Here are a few helpful tips to help you get around our website


How do I log in?

-  Your current login details will remain the same.
-  When you first visit the new look website, you'll need to log in to access the member section and make a connection.

 

What if I've forgotten my log in details?

Your login details should have been emailed to you, however if you forget your password again simple click 'forgotten password' and a new password will be emailed to you.

If you have any issues accessing the new website, please contact your local Account Manager or our Member Services team on 1300 644 715.


 

Member Section

The Member Section of the website brings together all of the key benefits of being a Direct Connect Member, including link to our rewards programs, Connection Tracker, Live Chat assistance, ordering marketing materials online and more.


 

Make a connection

Making a connection using the new agent website is as straight-forward as it has always been. Just enter the applicant's details, their moving date and the services they require, click 'Send Connection' and we take care of the rest.
